Dr. Francis Alexis QC
Dr. Francis Alexis QC, graduate of UWI HWLS and Cambridge, former Attorney-General of Grenada, is a Constitutional Law Consultant regionally. He directs UWI’s postgraduate course Advanced Constitutional Law.
His writings include Changing Caribbean Constitutions (1983) and The Constitution and You: Grenada (1991).
He is married, with a family.

Mr. Robert Branch LLB, LEC is an Attorney at Law. A former Deputy Registrar and Registrar of the Supreme Court of Grenada and the West indies Associated States he is now the Senior Legal Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers. Mr. Branch is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School. Mr. Branch represents the Ministry of Legal Affairs on the committee as its focal point.

For the past 14 years he has been the Managing Partner of Ciboney Chambers, a multi-practice law firm. His own areas of focus include Administrative & Constitutional Law. He is a former President of the Grenada Bar Association (2000- 2008). current President of the OECS Bar Association, and a member of the Board of Appeal of the Public Service Commission.

Naeisha A. R. John is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School and was admitted to practice in Grenada in 2005. She is one of the founding partners of Lyons-John & Co established in 2005 and is currently the Principal of the Law Office of Naeisha John & Co. Ms. John served as a Crown Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers for the period 2009-2011. She is a member of and legal advisor to the Conference of Churches in Grenada. She also serves and a member of the National Human Rights Committee and has a keen interest in the welfare of the people of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Ms. John currently practices Commercial Law, Law of Real Property and Conveyancing and Civil and Criminal Litigation.

Mr. Royden Beharry

Royden Anthony Kyle Beharry is currently the Regional Youth Ambassador for the Americas, Canada and the Caribbean and holds the position of Senior Project Officer at the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Religious Affairs in Grenada.
He has a major responsibility in ensuring that all of the Nation’s Youth Programmes are effectively executed. Under his leadership, the Chantimelle Crusaders, an organisation he founded went on to receive the First Caribbean bank Unsung Heroes award and national recognition for their role in Youth development.
Mr. Beharry is an excellent networker who remains committed and extremely passionate about the advancement of the Commonwealth Youth agenda.

Ms. Margaret V.L.A. Wilkinson is the Senior Partner at the Law firm of Wilkinson, Wilkinson & Wilkinson situate at Lucas Street, St. George’s, Grenada. Ms. Wilkinson is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, and the Hugh Wooding Law School. Ms. Wilkinson was called to the Bar in 1988 as an Attorney-at-Law and is a Notary Public for the State of Grenada. Practice areas include Corporate Law, Administration of Estates, Property Law, Conveyancing, Mortgages, Intellectual property and private and Government projects with special emphasis on financing and consultations on constitutional reform.
